The Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce respects your privacy. This policy explains how information submitted through this website is collected, used and protected.
When you apply for membership, register for an event or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, title, email address, phone number, business address, website, directory category and payment preference.
We use this information to process membership applications and payments, list members in the Chamber directory, register you for events, respond to questions and send communications about your membership, events and programs.
If you separately opt in, the Chamber may send text messages about your membership application, event registrations and account notifications, and, with separate consent, about events, programs and member opportunities. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers and subcontractors who help us operate the Chamber (such as our member management, payment and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Member businesses receive a free listing in the Chamber's public directory. Members can update their listing information through the member portal.
